Whether you are building a custom home for the first time, or are a seasoned veteran with past experience, we would be honored to partner with you. Throughout our entire process we strive to provide servant leadership. Our goal is to combine our professional experience with your unique needs, style, and budget to ultimately create a final product that serves your family well for many years to come.

Our process is designed to be easy and uncomplicated. We begin by sitting down and simply getting to know you and laying a foundation grounded in trust and open communication. We discuss your reasons for building, uncover what specifically you are looking for in your builder, learn about your vision for your new home plans and finishes, and establish your target budget range. If you desire, we coordinate house visits with our past customers so that you can hear about their experience working with our team and see our craftsmanship for yourself.

If we prove to be a good fit to serve your needs, the next step is a Professional Services Agreement. We work collaboratively with you and our professional draftsman to design your custom blueprint. The completed final plans are presented to you with a detailed scope of work and the price to complete your new home project. When you officially enter into a building agreement we partner with your family and our professional designer. Our shared goal is to make all final selections prior to breaking ground allowing you to sit back and enjoy seeing all the details come together as we build your new home.

Our trades are hand-picked based on the quality of their work and their integrity, efficiency, and value. Our staff is on site daily to ensure that no detail is missed, and we communicate with you continuously so that you are always informed throughout the build. When your home is finished, we proudly meet you to perform a new home orientation.

After the build you can depend on us to serve you during the warranty service stage. We proactively schedule a follow-up soon after move-in to personally inspect your house and adjust any items requiring attention. We hold a similar meeting near the first anniversary of your home's completion to ensure that the fit and finish are up to our standards when the basic one-year warranty expires.
